Have you ever wanted some thing or some one so bad. It was all you
could ever want or think about? Desire is a tricky thing ..It lures you
in and traps you there in a state of awe.
I wanted this beautiful
thing so bad, a guilty pleasure, a luxury I couldn't afford. How
selfish the greed is to want, to desire so strongly.
What is desire to you? ... What do you desire?

I agree Nessa that desire can be deceptive. It can be confused with so many things such as need and must have.I dont however think that it is selfish.I desire my ex girlfriend so much that it hurts. This is not greed or selfiishness.Desire for something that you cannot have only increases that desire especially when you see that somebody else has what you want so bad.

Exactly Fishes, The desire to want, passionately, possess the heart of a loved one can be overwhelming sometimes. I desire to be closer to the one I love and someday I will be. Wink
