| Never had Bearnaise sauce with chicken before, will have to try it sometime. Bubble n' squeak is a concotion of fried leftover vegetables - traditionally potatoes & cabbage but people add fried onions & bacon & anything leftover they fancy to add flavour, it's very much up to personal choice - I always spice it up with garlic & paprika. Jerk chicken is great, I first had it in 1987 at the Notting Hill Carnival in London. A great weekend out. Curried goat? |
