PM pop up

I am not receiving the PM pop up. It is set in my profile.

That's strange..I double checked and it says it should be using a pop up window for pms for you both My pop up window for pm's works for me. I'll go back in there and try and see what the problem is.

I Think its ok for me too..for the moment. This Realm seems to have a mind of it's own sometimes. really, It's magically booted my husband as admin twice already, dunno how. And has rearranged my forums on it own once. Left me Totally Mind Warped. Who knows, It may be haunted.

I noticed today Yolanda has a special feature on her page. It's called "get off my profile" Everytime Daniel and I have tried to get to her profile..It's booted us off The Realm completely. Niiice. Must be another ghostly mystery.

Mine has worked fine for me sinse day 1 yeah that's a good ploy to get new members. smiles

The pop-ups for PM's worked perfect for me since day one. I hope they continue that way.

ok those of you that have popup blocks on like IE7, firefox etc, add the realm's url to the allowed box, and its ok.

Hey Guys Is anyone else having problems reading thier PM's here now? I noticed Yolanda can not read her PM's I have sent her recently.... anyone else having a problem with this as well?

mine was ok, last 1 i got was wednesday,
i get the pop up window and can read them ok,

i did send Yolanda a code link for her sig to link it to her profile, guess you didnt get it.

using internet explorer in the tools menu > internet options >
security tab - make sure settings are on default for the zones
privacy tab - make sure thats on default too and below that
pop-up blocker (settings button) you can add the site to allowed list

using firefox > tools > options >
content tab > block pop-ups > exeptions button is an allow list you add site to
privacy tab > cookies > exceptions button is allow list there to add site

these are the main reasons we dont get PM's is because we have to allow cookies etc.

the other possibility is depending on if you have a firewall with coookie/ad blocking enabled, you can add sites to an allow list on firewalls too that have that feature.
