About the Forum
Ishimaru Design is a bilingual forum about graphics, its two languages being french and english.
This forum is 4 months old and already has 30 members.
It used to be hosted elsewhere and that is why it's activity is slightly hindered for now

The Services
Ishimaru Design had many varied services that it's staff proposes to its members. These include;
> A Graphics Request zone
> A Forum/Blog or Image Analysis lab
> A space for Member Galleries
> An area for General Discussion and debates
> An Ad Zone where you can publicise your Forum/Blog
> A Tutorial zone and a Support area so as you can improve your graphics knowledge and skills
> A contest area where members can challenge each other

Projects
We are currently developping a new service: Web Page analysis and improval.
The idea of this service will be to look into the source code of your site to see if there are any bugs and clean them up, as well as proposing better layouts or visual aspects.
We'll be needing a specialised staff for that and so we cannot give an exact date of it's opening as of yet

We are looking for Staff
We don't have need for Admins or Mods
We are looking for an analyst who can speak french to complete our analyst team
We are looking for some graphists, both french & english (if not even bilingual)
We are looking for flashers - people who know how to do flash images

We will eventually be looking for coders or some varient once our new section is designed.

Other News
We are currently working on a new theme which'll be in phpBB3 instead of the previous phpBB2
We are also rethinking the general discussions, so as to improve security on eventual private/personal information which could be posted

Big Updates

New Design
Other than the passing from phpBB2 to Connectix Boards, Ishimaru Design now has a new coat to proudly show the new colors of the upcoming months.
Connectix Boards is a french designed system to rival phpBB3. It offers better quality towards the combination Forum-Website. Plus, it's more user friendly than phpBB3 for as the use of the forum.
Most, if not all, bugs have been cleared

Reopening of the Graphics Requests
All graphics request section have been reopened although full theme reqests are to be avoided

Recruits for the taking
We are stillon the lookouts for potetial graphics artists, including anyone who can do Flash

Huh... I looked in your "Links to The Realm" topic and I don't see any 88*31 button I can put to make a link to The Realm. For my forum where I put affiliate buttons on bottom of pages, this format is ideal since it doesn't take much place.

Woof! You know I realize that now hun. I didn't make that in the correct standard size. ( Kind of like my 1st created avatars on ID..lol) I'm a doofus, I know Blush

But now that I think about it, I should probably make a new one for this new theme in the correct measurements and update that. Thanx for reminding me love. hug
