back again.

Here for awhile unfortunately. Well that didn't sound good.

Unfortunately because I am sooo stinkin sleepy and might very well fall asleep and dance with buckets of cement again. lol

But I can't lay in bed for more than 5 or 6 hours without waking up to a horrible lower back spasm. So I had to get up, to sit on a chair for awhile.

I can go back to bed a little later, OR sleep here at the computer, as I usually do at least once per day, as it has been this past week or two.

that sucks about your back.

Back, and still have not gone back to bed yet. But I took a catnap at my meeting, and one or two on the tram. And almost missed my stop. lol

But at least my back isn't hurting now. Just my knees, but that is normal for me. lol
