The Last Word!!!

This is a silly yet very fun game. The object is to get the last word. Which basically by posting, gives you the last word, BUT try to make it fun, with creating a little story or creative ways of stealing and hiding or protecting the last word, as if it is an object.

Skittles, takes off with the last word, hiding it in her coat. Ducks into Joe's bar, grabs a couple of beers and sneaks out the backdoor. Buries the last word and builds a snowman on top of the last word.

Then staggers away, drinking, singing, and dancing in celebration that she got away with the LAST WORD and no one is gonna find it!!!

Joes goes out the back of his bar to look for the Snowman, only to find the snow has all melted away.

What chance have I got?

Spots 2 patches of freshly dug soil & digs them up, the first one has a dogs bone in.
Moves on to the 2nd patch & uncovers the word.

Now it's Mine! & I intend to keep it!

I slip it in an envelope & post it to myself!

Skittles awakens from her drunken stuper when she sees Joe dropping the last word into the mailbox.

She takes some long tongs and reaches into the mail box and fishes it out.

Muhahaha the last word at last.

Off she goes, heading to the docks and picks up the ferry to hide the last word on a deserted island.

Joe (hiding behind a tree) sneaks onto the ferry & trails Skittles to the deserted island & waits in the background until she leaves & he can reclaim the last word for himself.

Now he has it, what to do with it, he is stuck on the deserted island & no idea when another ship will come past, there's nothing for it other than to swim for it.

How can he swim that far carrying the last word?

The only way is to swallow the last word & dive in, lets hope the current is with him.

suddenly, the good ship hadies sails in to view. it heads straight for the island. on docking the ship, valhalla gets out, gets on to the beach finds jo, and wrestles him to the floor. snatching the last word out of his hand, valhalla goes back to the ship, stowing the item in the bottom cabbin. once done, the good ship hadies sails back to the realm...

Before Valhalla gets back to the realm, Skittles rides up holding on for dear life, to two dolphins dorsal fins and flies up thru the air with a flip and swipes the last word away, and swims off, to join our whale friend in the middle of the ocean.

You must have found a phantom last word, cuz I already STOLE IT! hahahaha muhahahaha

Skittles spots a Whale Watching cruise, and waves them down. For the close up view of the whale they offer her a ride to a shark watching boat with a glass bottom.

She climbs aboard and watches thru the glass bottom until she sees the lead-lined casket. She has the crew of the shark cruise boat, send down their underwater robot that they bought from the makers of the movie The Titanic. She retrieves the casket and has a welder open up the casket and gets the last word back.

Skittle's then meets up with a Disney Cruiseliner and decides to relax and have a little vacation, after hiding the last word somewhere on the ship.

finally able to stand, valhalla searches everywhere for skittles and jo, but they can not be found anywhere. luckily for him, some of the other people at the realm's headquarters divulges the information, that they saw skittles leave on a cruise, maybe heading for disney.


borrowing the phone of the headquarters, valhalla quickly books a cruise and is told that the only one left is currently heading for the everglades of florida. with out wasting time, valhalla bords his trusty ship and is off.

on arival at the everglades, valhalla spots the cruise liner, bbut unfortunately does not see skittles anywhere. climbing aboard he aproaches the captain, who tells valhalla the information that skittles is hiding in the casino part of the liner. valhalla finds the casino, and aproaches skittles at the blackjack table.

"so.....where is it?"

"i don't have it, sorry" skittles replies

"listen, if you don't give me it, this liner is gonna be sunk, i'll make sure of it!"

with out a reply, valhalla picks skittles up, walks to the edge, and throws her deep in to the sea. by this time, the good ship hadies was miles away, and skittles had no chance of swimming there, in fear of the jellyfish, sharks, and other inhabitants.

after a quick search of the rest of the liner, valhalla finds the last word, gets all the way to the everglades, and then feeds it to the nearist gator

Skittles having been a trained lifeguard and competition swimmer, does the back float until a fishing boat carrying some trained gator wrestlers, comes along and picks her up. After telling them her sad story, they decided to head off to the everglades in search of the gator containing the last word.

They catch him and make a nice case out of the alligator skin to carry the last word in.

It has a few gator teeth stuck in the last word, but she leaves it in, as it might protect people with sticky fingers from trying to pinch it away.

She heads off to the caves, to hide and rest with the last word.

Skittles wakes up...."What's this??" "This has JOE the chicken man written all over it!"

She hops on one leg, trying to catch up, when she comes across this dance cruise and they think she is doing a new form of the Merengue latin dance, so they invite her aboard, heading to Cuba for the World Latin Dance Championships.

And wouldn't cha know, at the competition they call on a dancer to take the stage and it's Joe the Chicken man in a TuTu, dancing with the Last word. But he is quickly disqualified because ballet is not a Latin dance!! Skittles Hops over and grabs the last word just as he is making a LEAP.

She hops off in search of a Haxsaw...

After finally been free for awhile now, feels she has secured the last word as Joe the chicken man has not shown up looking for the last word for days now! It must be safe!!

& after finally lulling Skittles into a false sense of security, Joe nonchalantly walks past & uses his pickpocket skills to acquire the last word & sees that Skittles has no idea it has gone.

At the next docking, Joe disembarks & hires a camel & sets off over the huge sand dunes to disappear from sight.

Joe rides into an oasis in the middle of the desert & meets up with a bedhouin caravan & enjoys their hospitality.

They give him a spot to sleep in one of their tents for the night.

Skittles finally makes it thru the desert on a horse with no name, and slowly sneaks up to the tent that Joe is sleeping in. Reaches under the tent and swipes the last word and rides away off into the sunset. Without a care in the world, to where she ends up.

As she smiles to herself, Skittles horse gets bit by a snake & she is thrown off & slides down a huge sand dune.

No sign of her horse, she wonders what will become of her.
Suddenly, her Lawrence of Arabia rides up & helps her onto the back of his camel & they ride off together.

They come to a small village & dismount & go for a drink, Lawrence has a long cold drink of water & Skittles has a strong, Morrocan coffee.
The caffeine in the strong local coffee makes her head buzz & she turns to Lawrence to say she doesn't feel too well.

Lawrence starts to laugh & unwraps his headscarf, "I can't believe you fell for the sleeping pills in the drink trick again."

Joe, takes off his disguise & claims The Last Word for himself with no resistance, then he sells his victim to a local goat farmer for his 3rd wife & uses the funds to buy a Land Rover & head for the ferry over to Gibraltar.

Skittles still passed out, is tossed into a cart with wheels that his wives use to hang the laundry on. The goat farmer, decides to let her sleep it off, and goes inside to eat dinner with his first 2 wives.

Little does he know, Skittles has a severe snoring problem. Especially when she is on her back. With every snore, the air is pushed against the sheets hanging on the cart, acting like a sail, and the cart starts to move. In the direction that Joe took off in.

Before long she is sleeping her way closer and closer to Joe's destination. And before you know it, she is on the same ferry as him.

While on the water she wakes up, confused but used to the confusion of being asleep due to her narcolepsy, so she just decides to figure out where the last word is.

Thankfully, she finds a last word sniffing dog on board. So she pays the owner to use him to find the last word. And she doesn't have to look far, as it's right there, with Joe sitting down next to his large tape worm George. Which he is occupied petting George, she sneaks it away from him, and goes to the other side of the boat.

She does her dolphin call, and calls on her dolphin friends, to some pick her up, she jumps off with the last word, and rides the waves with the dolphins, heading off to a fishermans competition.

Joe leans on the starboard rail & laughs at Skittles attempted escape, he blows on his high pitched whistle & watches as the dolphins dive for the deep to escape the whistle leaving Skittles soaked & swimming for shore.

Finally the coast line is in clear sight, but she has to rest & tries to sum up energy to get to land, but in those few minutes - the tide has carried her further out & she can't overcome the rip of the tide.

One of the fishing boats pulls up & gives her a rope to climb aboard & she collapses grateful on the deck. She looks up to thank her saviour to find Joe stood at the controls, smirking & tipping his cap to her.

Skittles then realizes that what she has suspected all along is true. Joe really does like her and couldn't let her drown, and that she is Joe's hero!!!

She decides to rest up, as she is already planning her next escape with the last word.

Time passes and Skittles regains her strength. She sees that Joe is fishing, so she comes up to him and sees the concern for her in his eyes, so she decides to give him a big hug. As they embrace, she pulls up the fishing line, and attaches the last word on the hook, and a tracking device on the last word.

She then throws it back into the water. Joe feels a pull on the fishing pole and he has to let go of Skittles so he can snag the fish.

He pulls in a fish. But only Skittle's knows it contains the last word, as the fish ate it. She pleads with Joe to let the fish go. To release him instead of having him for dinner. She gives him her best cute look, and he caves. And lets the fish go.

Then Skittles jumps overboard and swims, following the fish to shallow waters, using her tracking device to follow him. She catches the fish with her bare hands, and beats the last word out of the fish. She then takes off with it, running to shore, and heading to a far away place.

Joe is puzzled, why would he relinquish an embrace to reel in a fish??
Why would he give up a free meal of fresh fish (his favourite) for a cute look??

His opponent has obviously, finally got the upper hand!

Joe decides to head home & sharpen up his ruthless streak to combat any future use of subterfuge & regain the upper hand.

Next time he'll be ready....
