| yep this one is true...
its a rare skin disease that promotes unending calluos growth on our skin. It already became a topic here in the philippines becaue quite a number of people were already afflicted with it.
But this is the first time that I saw something this severe...

| Real, unforunately I have seen his story before on a documentary on TV. Those leasions are called "cutaneous horns" which attack his immune system leaving him unable to control this virus. It was said that his low immune system was due to the HPV virus but after further research from an american doctor who went to see him and agreed to try and help him said now that he doesnt have HIV. They are working on a synthetic Vitaim "A" that may help relieve him of these wart like leasions imparing his life. Over the course of three to six months with treatment the warts should be come smaller and fewer in number. He will be able to live a more normal life. The most resilient warts could then be frozen off and the growths on his hands and feet surgically removed. I think they need to get him over to the US to do more testing on his rare and mysterious condition. I hope some day he will be able to live a normal life again. | |

From what the article stated I figured it was real. It's just so odd and hard to believe a health condition could generate conditions such as those.

I'm an insomniac sometimes :lol:I woke up to that documentary on the discovery channel one early morning about a week ago and was quite shocked myself. There are so many unexplained affictions like this throughout the world. It quite amazing what u can learn falling asleep to discovery heath channel.. It's sad that hes had this since he was 15 and has lived with it so long in isolation, its a shame.

| there is also 2 boys that i have seen on a tv documentry, i think they line in South America somewhere, they are extremely hairy and are shaven regularly, but it grows back twice as fast, they are called the warewolf boys over here, theres no cure, they have to go through life as they are, it is very sad indeed that people like that man and those boys have to put up with things like this. | |
